Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Carefully place the Milky Plant machine and all components back into their original box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
